COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micro Design GS0-57EQD-000 MICRO PANEL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Patlite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Patlite such as the GSL605HD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the INX7000 manufactured by Ann and we are pleased to be able to service most Ann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M13004422R0 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand HMIDT551 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Computer-Dynamics such as MMV311100S000 equipment made by Computer-Dynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Computer-Dynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Computer-Dynamics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMI161111S000 made by Computer-Dynamics as well as the popular JZNCXPP02 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JANCDSP20B by Yasakawa and MMV311100S000 spares by Computer-Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MMI1500T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kessler-ellis. |
